The Louisiana School for the Deaf is proud to serve Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, and hard of hearing (DDBDDHH) children from birth to age 5 through our early childhood programming.
Within our early childhood programs, we have two main components:
First is our Early Childhood Learning Center, which serves DDBDDHH children from birth to age 3 in our on-site center in a childcare setting. Details about the center can be viewed in the Early Childhood Learning Center tab to the left.
Second, is our PreKindergarten program, which serves DDBDDHH children from ages 3-5 in our Elementary building. Details about the PreKindergarten program can be viewed in the PreK tab to the left.
